7.63 m焦炉配用高硫气肥煤炼焦的研究与应用

摘要 为扩大炼焦煤资源、降低配煤成本,对比分析某高硫气肥煤和7.63 m焦炉在用三种1/3焦煤、两种肥煤的常规煤质、煤岩、基氏流动度和矿物质催化指数等指标,并采用40 kg荷重试验焦炉进行炼焦试验,研究气肥煤替代1/3焦煤和肥煤的可行性及适宜配比。结果表明,与1/3焦煤和肥煤相比,气肥煤呈低灰、高挥发分、高硫、高粘结性特征;为了减小配用气肥煤对焦炭强度的不利影响,优先替代1/3焦煤A、肥煤A和1/3焦煤C;随着气肥煤配比提高,焦炭机械强度缓慢降低、热态性能改善;气肥煤直接替代1/3焦煤、肥煤,配比可达10%而焦炭质量满足生产需求;若同步优化配煤结构,并考虑配合煤S_(t,d)≤1.00%控制要求,气肥煤配比最高可达15%。结合实验研究结果,7.63 m焦炉自2024年3月配用气肥煤,配比维持5%~6%,焦炭强度指标保持稳定。 In order to expand coking coal resources and reduce coal blending costs,the analysis was conducted on conventional coal quality,coal petrology,Gibbs flowability,and mineral catalytic index of three types of 1/3 coking coal and two types of fat coal used in 7.63 m coke oven and a certain high sulfur gas-fat coal.A 40 kg load test coke oven was used for coking experiments to study the feasibility and suitable ratio of gas-fat coal.The results showed that compared with 1/3 coking coal and fat coal,gas-fat coal exhibited characteristics of lower ash,higher volatile matter,higher sulfur and higher cohesion.To reduce the adverse effects of gas-fat coal on coke strength,it was recommended to prioritize replacing 1/3 coking coal A,fat coal A,and 1/3 coking coal C.With the increase of gas-fat coal ratio,mechanical strength of coke showed a slow decreasing trend and thermal performance improved.Gas-fat coal can directly replace 1/3 coking coal and fat coal,with a ratio of up to 10%,while the quality of coke meets production needs.If the coal blending structure was synchronously optimized and considering the control requirement of coal S_(t,d)≤1.00%,a maximum of 15%gas-fat coal can be used.Based on experimental research,the 7.63 m coke oven has been equipped with gas-fat coal since March 2024,and the current proportion has remained at 5%~6%,with stable coke strength indicators.
