摘要
煤中矿物质含量对所炼制焦炭性能有着重要影响。实验选用AK1890焦煤添加不同比例碱金属开展2 kg试验焦炉炼焦实验,并对焦炭性能进行分析研究。结果表明,炼焦煤加入碱金属后,焦炭的平均粒度减小,冷态强度降低。随着碱金属添加量的增加,焦炭的反应性呈上升趋势,反应后强度呈下降趋势。并在1350℃时对焦炭溶损反应起到促进作用,同时二氧化碳与焦炭的界面反应速率及二氧化碳的内扩散系数都有明显增大。通过对焦炭光学组织和SEM电镜分析,发现添加碱金属焦炭的各向同性含量增加,高温溶损后焦炭的孔隙增多,碳骨架强度降低。
The mineral content in coal significantly influences the properties of coke.In this study,varying proportions of alkali metals were added to AK1890 coking coal,and a 2 kg laboratory-scale coke oven experiment was conducted to analyze and evaluate the performance of the resulting coke.The findings indicate that the addition of alkali metals to coking coal leads to a reduction in the average particle size and cold strength of coke.As the concentration of alkali metals increases,the reactivity of coke rises while its post-reaction strength diminishes.At 1350℃,the interfacial reaction rate between carbon dioxide and coke,as well as the internal diffusion coefficient of carbon dioxide,showed significant increases.Through optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,it was observed that the isotropic content of coke containing alkali metals increased,leading to higher porosity and reduced carbon skeleton strength after high-temperature dissolution.
