块矿固定床干燥试验研究

Experimental study of the drying on fixed bed of lump ore

摘要 提高块矿比例,有助于缩短工艺流程和降低生产成本。然而,高比例块矿使用时粒度不均、粉末率及含水率高将影响高炉生产,因此块矿入炉前进行干燥筛分预处理对提高块矿入炉比例意义重大。以澳洲某块矿为研究对象,开发块矿固定床干燥新工艺,系统研究了不同供热模式、干燥风温及时间、料层厚度、块矿粉末率、含水率等因素对块矿干燥与筛分效果的影响。结果表明:采用鼓风干燥方式,在干燥风温300℃、时间4 min、风速1.4 m/s、料高450 mm的条件下,块矿脱水率可达38.67%;采用抽风干燥方式,在干燥风温450℃、风速1.2 m/s、料高500 mm、热风干燥2 min+冷风干燥2 min条件下,块矿脱水率可达45.14%。两种烘干制度都能实现块矿快速干燥脱水,满足入炉粒度和水分要求。 Increasing the lump ratio helps to shorten the process flow and reduce production costs.However,the uneven particle size,high powder rate and high water content of high proportion lump ore will affect the production of blast furnace,so it is of great significance to increase the proportion of lump ore before entering the furnace by drying and screening pretreatment.In the paper,a new process of lump fixed bed drying was developed in a lump mine in Australia,and the effects of different heating modes,drying hot air temperature and time,material layer thickness,lump powder rate,moisture content and other factors on the drying and screening effect of lump ore were systematically studied,and the results showed that under the conditions of drying air temperature of 300°C,time of 4 min,wind speed of 1.4 m/s and material height of 450 mm,the dehydration rate of lump ore can reach 38.67%.Under the conditions of drying air temperature of 450°C,wind speed of 1.2 m/s,material height of 500 mm,hot air drying for 2 min and cold air drying for 2 min,the lump ore dehydration rate can reach 45.14%.The two drying systems can realize the rapid drying and dehydration and efficient screening of lump ore to meet the requirements of furnace particle size.
