摘要
提出了一种新型的复合熔剂性球团工艺,其产品的冶金性能、微观结构等均优于常规熔剂性球团。复合熔剂性球团还原度为89.86%,比普通球团还原度高10.91个百分点,低温还原粉化指标也较好,RDI>3.15>93%;还原膨胀率比普通熔剂球团降低近3个百分点,软熔性能改善。复合球团球核部位具有明显的高碱度烧结矿的某些矿相结构特征。
A new complex fluxed pellet process were developed and comparison experiment between new fluxed pellet and ordinary pellet was carried out in metallurgical properties, microtexture etc. Reduction index of Complex fluxed pellet is 89.86 percent, 10.91 percent higher than ordinary. Reduction swelling index is 3 percent lower than ordinary pellet. Soft melt property has some improvement. Complex fluxed pellet core has obviously some mineral constituenst existed in high basicity sinter.
