摘要
临床思维训练是临床医学教育改革中的一门新课程。为适应临床医学教育新变化的要求,运用治趣APP对学生进行早期临床思维的训练,并参照治趣虚拟病历库构建临床思维课程。实验组学生成绩优于对照组,说明治趣模拟医学对早期临床医学生临床思维训练有一定意义。
Clinical thinking training is a new course in the reform of clinical medicine education.In order to adapt to the requirements of the new changes in clinical medicine education,we use the"Zhiqu"APP to train the students’early clinical thinking,and construct the clinical thinking course with reference to the"Zhiqu"virtual medical record database.The results of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,which indicated that the simulated medicine of"Zhiqu"had certain significance for the clinical medical thinking of early training.
