摘要
目的观察四联疗法联合加味半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性消化道溃疡(Peptic ulcer,PU)的临床效果。方法将2021年6月—2022年12月于安福县人民医院就诊的92例PU患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组采用四联疗法治疗,观察组加用加味半夏泻心汤治疗,均连续治疗14 d。对比两组临床疗效、症状评分、炎症因子和胃肠道激素水平、Hp清除率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率95.65%(44/46)高于对照组的80.43%(37/46)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的症状评分和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胃动素、胃泌素水平均低于对照组,Hp清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在四联疗法基础上,联合加味半夏泻心汤治疗Hp阳性PU效果较佳,可减轻患者胃肠炎症,改善其胃肠道症状,提高Hp清除率,且具有良好安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of quadruple therapy combined with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastrointestinal ulcers(PU).Methods A total of 92 PU patients who visited Anfu County People’s Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction for 14 consecutive days.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,levels of inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones,Hp eradication rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than that of the control group at 80.43%(37/46)(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores,as well as the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),motilin and gastrin in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the Hp eradication rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of quadruple therapy,modified Banxia Xiexin decoction has a better effect on treating Hp positive PU patients.It can reduce gastrointestinal inflammation,improve gastrointestinal symptoms,increase Hp clearance rate,and has good safety.
