摘要
随着民用航空市场竞争的日益加剧,航空公司不得不持续地优化管理,从而降低运营成本。航材费用作为运营成本的重要组成部分,对它的合理控制成为降低成本的一个重要途径。为此,本文提出一种利用航材附件的可靠性数据,基于蒙特卡罗模拟消耗过程的备料数量计算方案,从而提高备件精准度。
With the increasing competition in the civil aviation market,airlines have to continuously optimize their management in order to reduce operating costs.As an important component of operating costs,the reasonable control of aviation material expenses has become an important way to reduce costs.Therefore,this article proposes a material preparation quantity calculation scheme based on Monte Carlo simulation of the consumption process using reliability data of aviation material accessories,in order to improve the accuracy of spare parts.
