摘要
该文在轮滑鞋发展趋势背景下,探讨了轮滑教学的适应性调整。随着轮滑受众从儿童扩展到青少年、中老年人,轮滑鞋设计需满足更多元需求。研究指出,当前轮滑鞋在灵活性与安全性间存在平衡问题,成人“香蕉轮”设置易引发“蛇行运动”风险。为此,提出优化刀架结构以兼容“平轮”和“香蕉轮”设置,并探讨通过改变轮子振动频率避免“蛇行运动”的教学方法。文章旨在推动全功能型轮滑鞋研发,实现标准化与个性化教学,扩大轮滑群众基础,为轮滑项目发展提供理论支持与实践指导。
This paper explores the adaptive adjustments of roller skating instruction in the context of evolving trends in roller skate design.As the demographics of roller skating expand from children to adolescents,young adults,and the elderly,the design of roller skates needs to meet more diverse demands.The study points out that there is a balance issue between flexibility and safety in current roller skate design,with the“banana wheel”configuration in adult roller skates being prone to causing“snake motion”risks.To address these issues,the paper proposes to optimize the skate frame structure to accommodate both“flat wheel”and“banana wheel”configurations and explores teaching methods to avoid“snake motion”by changing the vibration frequency of the wheels.This paper aims to promote the development of multi-functional roller skates,achieve standardized and personalized instruction,broaden the base of roller skating enthusiasts,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the development of roller skating.
