摘要
普通高校开设花样轮滑课,将有利于实现《纲要》的目标要求,顺应时代发展的要求,满足学生成长的需要,促进高校体育课程的更新和完善。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,分析和讨论普通高校开设花样轮滑课的有利条件、重要性和现实意义,认为花样轮滑运动是一项融竞技、健身、休闲、艺术、惊险等于一体的运动项目,普通高校开展这项运动,对提高大学生的身体素质、心理素质和审美素质有着独特的作用,并对高校体育教学改革的深入发展起到积极的促进作用。花样轮滑运动的开展受气候影响较小,器材和场地方面的要求也不高,技术难度适中,技术特征明显、易学,普通高校具有开展花样轮滑运动的场地条件和师资优势。花样轮滑运动是一项广受大学生欢迎与喜爱的运动,普通高校具有开展花样轮滑运动的学生心理基础。大多数高校教师也认为这项运动符合大学生的体育兴趣和适合在高校开展。在高校体育教学改革的大背景下,满足大学生对体育运动的时尚性和新奇性的需要,把花样轮滑运动作为普通高校体育课的教学内容是非常可行的。
Establishing the figure roller skating curriculum in universities will help to meet the 〈 Physical Education Academic Outline of National High Institution 〉 , answer for the requirement of current development, satisfy the need of undergraduate growth, advance the reform of physical education curriculum. With the methods of documentary information, visiting experts and questionnaire, the article discusses the advantage, importance and realistic significance. It thinks that the figure roller skating is a sports event which integrates the following factors of competition, health, recreation, art and adventure. If being developed in universities, it will have a particular function for improving the undergraduates physical quality, psychological quality and aesthetic quality, and have a positive function for further reforming the physical education. It's little influenced by the weather, its requirement is low in the equipment and field, its technique is visible and easy. General universities have the field condition, teachers advantage and undergraduates psycho- logical basic for develop the figure roller skating. This sports event is liked by the undergraduates and most teachers also thinks that it is up to the undergraduates interest and fit to be developed in universities. In the background of reforming the physical education, for satisfying the undergraduates requirement for sports fashion and newness, it's feasible to establish the figure roller skating curriculum in universities.
