摘要
该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,深入探讨新发展理念下我国学校体育教育高质量发展的特征及价值,剖析其面临的现实困境,并提出相应的发展策略。发展特征包括:以创新为主导,注重协调发展,坚持绿色可持续发展,秉持开放理念,致力于共享资源。发展困境主要体现在:政策指引不明,体系脉络混乱,资源匮乏,评价方式单一,创新理念滞后。在此基础上,提出了新发展理念下学校体育教育高质量发展的策略选择:创新政策研究与制定机制,协调体育教育体系建设,以绿色理念引领资源投入与整合,构建开放多元的体育教育评价体系,共享发展成果,增强教育内涵与发展动力。通过这些研究,期望为我国学校体育教育高质量发展改革提供理论指引。
Use documentary method and logical analysis method to explore the characteristics and value of the high-quality development of China's school physical education under the new development concept,find out the real dilemmas faced by the high-quality development of school physical education under the new development concept,and put forward development strategies.Development characteristics:take innovation as the lead;pay attention to coordinated development;adhere to green and sustainable development;adhere to the concept of openness;and commit to sharing resources.Development difficulties:unclear policy guidelines;chaotic system context;lack of resources;single evaluation methods;lagging innovation concepts.On this basis,strategic choices for the high-quality development of school physical education under the new development concept are put forward,that is,innovative policy research and formulation mechanisms;coordination of the construction of physical education system;green leading resource investment and integration;building an open and diversified physical education evaluation system;sharing development achievements,and enhancing educational connotation and development momentum.In order to provide theoretical guidance for the high-quality development and reform of school physical education in China.
