摘要
树脂砂造型具有精度高、缺陷少、废品率低、节约能源等优点。目前国内进行树脂砂生产偏向两个极端,一种是纯手工造型,效率低人工劳动强度高,另一种是自动化大型批量化,生产投入成本高,不适用小批量产品。为了补充市场需求,介绍了一种树脂砂环形输送线造型系统,对造型的主要工部进行自动化生产,提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,提高工人工作条件。
Resin sand molding has the advantages of high precision,fewer defects,low rejection rate,and energy saving.At present,the domestic resin sand production is biased to two extremes,one is pure manual modeling,low efficiency and high manual labor intensity,and the other is automatic large-scale batching,high production input cost,not suitable for small batch products.In order to supplement the market demand,a resin sand annular conveyor line molding system was introduced,which carried out automatic production of the main parts of the molding,improved the production efficiency,reduced the labor intensity,and improved the working conditions of workers.
