摘要
目的比较Forsus矫治器与SGTB矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形的治疗效果。方法收集2021年8月至2023年8月郑州市口腔医院收治的92例安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者资料,实施回顾性研究,按照矫正方案不同分组。其中接受Forsus矫治器治疗的45例作F组,接受SGTB矫治器治疗的47例作S组。比较两组患者疗效、矫治满意度以及治疗前、治疗6个月骨性指标、中切牙指标。结果两组患者疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月,两组患者Co-Go、Co-Gn、SNB、Pg-FHp、B-FHp均高于治疗前,ANB低于治疗前(P<0.05),且F组患者Co-Gn、SNB高于S组(P<0.05);治疗6个月,两组患者L1-MPA、U1-PP、U1-SN均高于治疗前(P<0.05);两组患者满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Forsus矫治器与SGTB矫治器用于安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者均具有良好效果,且患者满意度均较高,但Forsus矫治器能明显促进下颌生长。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of Forsus appliance and SGTB appliance on ANB-type malocclusion.Methods Data of 92 patients with ANB-type malocclusion admitted to Zhengzhou Dental Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were collected.A retrospective study was conducted,and the patients were grouped according to different correction plans.Among them,45 patients treated with Forsus appliance were classified as group F,and 47 patients treated with SGTB appliance were classified as group S.The therapeutic effects,satisfaction with correction,and bone and mid-lingual incisor indicators before treatment and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in therapeutic effects between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,Co-Go,Co-Gn,SNB,Pg-FHp,and B-FHp of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and ANB was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and Co-Gn and SNB of group F were higher than those of group S(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment,L1-MPA,U1-PP,and U1-SN of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both Forsus appliance and SGTB appliance have good therapeutic effects for patients with ANB-type malocclusion,and the patient satisfaction is high.However,the Forsus appliance can significantly promote mandibular growth.
