摘要
目的:探讨Forsus推杆矫治器治疗安氏II类错引起的牙颌面结构变化。方法:采用Forsus推杆矫治器对21例11~16岁安氏II类错患者进行治疗,并对术前术后X线片进行头影测量分析。结果:经过6~9个月治疗,下颌向前生长(2.73±1.13)mm,而上前牙舌倾(1.87±2.26)mm,下前牙唇倾(4.74±1.47)mm,覆盖减小(6.61±1.77)mm,其中上下颌骨生长所致占35.1%,牙齿移动占64.9%,磨牙关系改正中骨性因素占51.6%,牙性因素占48.4%。结论:Forsus推杆矫治器是一种简便可行的固定功能矫治器,对安氏II类错能产生较显著的生长改良作用。
Objective:To investigate the changes of dentofacial structure induced by the treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods:Twenty-one cases of class Ⅱ malocclusion,aged 11-15 years were treated by Forsus push rod appliance for a period of 6-9 months.The cephalometric analysis was achieved pre-and-post treatment with Forsus push rod appliance.Results:The growth of mandibule was stimulated in(2.73±1.13)mm,upper incisor retroclined in(1.87±2.26)mm,Lower incisor proclined in(4.74±1.47)mm.Overjet correction was(6.61±1.77)mm,35.1% was due to skeletal growth,64.9% due to teeth movement.The 51.6% improvement of molars relationship was due to skeletal growth,48.4% due to teeth movement.Conclusion:Forsus push rod appliance is a simple fixed functional appliance that play an important role on growth modification in class Ⅱ malocclusion.
