摘要
钱塘江南北源沟通工程是浙江水网中浙北水资源配置通道的源头工程,既能缓解钱塘江南源常山港流域洪水压力,又能增加北源新安江水库蓄水量,是将防洪减灾与兴利抗旱有效结合的重要水资源配置通道工程。对钱塘江南北源沟通工程进行初步研究,提出工程任务、总体布局、建设内容,估算工程效益,为下一步工程的开展提供思路。
The Qiantang River North-South Source Connectivity Project is the source project of the water resource allocation channel in northern Zhejiang within the province’s water network.It can both alleviate flood pressure in the Changshan River Basin(southern source)and increase water storage in the Xin’anjiang Reservoir(northern source),thus effectively combining flood control and disaster mitigation with water resource utilization and drought resistance.This paper conducts a preliminary study of the project,presenting its objectives,overall layout,and construction content,and estimating its potential benefits.The work provides insights for the next phase of the project.
