摘要
为了探究不同均匀化温度对6016铝合金包边性能的影响,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、 X射线衍射仪、万能拉伸试验机、包边试验机分析不同均匀化温度对6016铝合金组织和性能的演变规律。结果表明,相较均匀化530℃处理,均匀化560℃处理的网状枝晶转化为链状的程度高,均匀化和成品的第二相体积分数分别为0.66%和0.43%,平均第二相尺寸为1.27μm,表层与心部晶粒分布更均匀, Cube和Goss织构占比高,轧制织构占比低。均匀化温度提高对力学性能和包边性能影响较大,屈服强度、塑性应变比r45、包边系数呈降低趋势,而塑性应变比r0和r90提高,出现以上现象的原因与弥散相析出、晶粒尺寸、粗大第二相尺寸、织构等有关。
In order to investigate the influence of different homogenization temperatures on hemming performance of 6016 aluminum alloy,the evolution laws of the microstructure and performance of 6016 aluminum alloy under different homogenization temperatures were ana-lyzed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,universal tensile testing machine and hemming testing machine.The results show that compared with the homogenization treatment at 530℃,the transformation degree of network den-drites into chains by the homogenization treatment at 560℃is higher,the volume fractions of the second phase in the homogenization and final product are 0.66%and 0.43%respectively,the average second phase size is 1.27μm,the grain distribution in the surface and core is more uniform,the proportion of Cube and Goss texture is high,and the proportion of rolling texture is low.The increase in homogeniza-tion temperature has a significant impact on the mechanical and hemming performances.The yield strength,plastic strain ratio of r45 and hemming coefficient show a downward trend,while the plastic strain ratios of r0 and r90 increase.The reasons for the above phenomena are related to the precipitation of dispersed phase,grain size,coarse second phase size,texture,etc.
