GH4141合金冷拉拔过程中的组织演变与性能变化

摘要 采用EBSD技术研究了GH4141合金冷拉拔过程中的组织演变和力学性能变化规律。研究结果揭示了冷变形对合金微观组织演变与性能的显著影响。随着冷变形量的增加,晶粒的变形程度显著加剧,此外,冷变形同样对晶界的分布特征产生了影响,局部取向差的均值随冷变形量的增加而上升,位错密度亦随之增长,导致大角度晶界逐步转化为小角度晶界。在较小的变形量下,冷拉棒边部的冷变形机制与轧制过程相似,从而诱发了特定的轧制织构,例如黄铜织构。与轧制后形成的显著<110>晶粒取向相比,随拉拔变形量的提升,观察到<111>//DD方向的丝织构。随着冷拉拔变形程度的增加,合金的加工硬化现象愈加明显,拉伸强度逐步提高,同时塑性则有所下降,硬度也随之增加,当变形量达到14%时,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为932和1131 MPa。晶体结构和取向的不同使材料的力学性能发生变化,随着冷变形量的增加,合金中出现一些变形织构如<110>和<111>织构,这些织构对合金的力学性能有具重要影响。 The EBSD technology was used to study the change of microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of GH4141 alloy during the cold drawing process.The research results reveal the significant influence of cold deformation on the microstructure evolution and performance of the alloy.With the increase of cold deformation,the deformation degree of the grains significantly increases.Moreover,cold deformation also has influence on the distribution characteristics of the grain boundary.The average value of the local orientation difference increases with the increase of deformation amount,and the dislocation density also increases accordingly,leading to gradual transformation of large angle grain boundaries to small angle grain boundaries.At smaller cold deformation amount,the deformation mechanism at the edge of the cold-drawn bar is similar to the rolling process,thus inducing specific rolling textures,such as the brass texture.Compared with the significant<110>grain orientation after rolling,the<111>//DD direction fibrous texture is observed with the increase of drawing deformation.As the degree of cold drawing deformation increases,the work hardening phenomenon of the alloy becomes more obvious,the tensile strength increases gradually,while the plasticity decreases and the hardness increases.When the deformation amount reaches 14%,the yield strength and tensile strength are 932 and 1131 MPa,respectively.The differences in crystal structure and orientation cause changes of the mechanical properties of the material.With the increase of the cold deformation amount,some deformation textures,such as<110>and<111>texture appear in the alloy.These textures have a significant impact on the mechanical properties of the alloy.
