纳米电气石矿物在饰面功能性复合材料中的应用

摘要 饰面功能性复合材料同时具有饰面材料的装饰性和复合材料的功能性,应用广泛。然而,常见的饰面材料存在释放有害气体及耐用性差等缺点,从而影响空气质量,并对人体健康造成威胁。鉴于此,围绕饰面材料污染环境的问题介绍了纳米电气石矿物材料,着重阐述了电气石的自发极化、远红外辐射、负离子释放等特性,综述了电气石复合材料在环境保护、活化催化、医疗保健等领域的研究进展,并提出纳米电气石在饰面材料中应发挥净化空气并释放有益于人体的远红外辐射的作用。最后,对纳米电气石在饰面功能性复合材料中的应用提出了展望。 Decorative functional composite material is a kind of widely used material,which has both the decorative properties of finish material and the functionality of composites.However,the common decorative materials have some shortcoming such as the release of harmful gases and poor durability,which influence the air quality and pose a threat to human health.In view of this,in this paper,nano-tourmaline mineral materials around the problem of environmental pollution caused by decorative materials,focusing on the characteristics of spontaneous polarization,far-infrared radiation,and negative ion release of tourmaline were introduced.The research progress of tourmaline composites in environmental protection,activation catalysis,medical care,and other fields were reviewed.It is proposed that nano-tourmaline in the finishing material should play the role of purifying the air and releasing far-infrared radiation beneficial to human body.In addition,the application of nano-tourmaline in decorative functional composites was prospected.
