摘要
介绍了负离子丙纶的制备工艺、结构表征及其在纺织品中的应用。采用天然矿物纳米材料为负离 子添加剂,母粒法双螺杆纺丝制备负离子丙纶,其负离子添加剂质量分数5%,负离子发生量2 500个/cm3 以上,可广泛应用于服装、家用纺织品、医疗及车用领域。
The process technology and structure characteristics of negative ion PP fiber were introduced, as was the application in textiles. The produced PP fiber containing 5% negative ion additive by weight can release negative ion number above 2 500/ cm3 via chemical masterbatch process on a twist-screw extruder, which can be widely used in the fields of apparel, home textiles, medical textiles and vehicle textiles.
