摘要
数字能源时代背景下,新一代数字技术对输电线路的运维管理进行数字化升级,实现业务模式、管理模式、商业模式的创新和重塑,使得输电线路更加智能、安全、可靠、绿色、高效。因此,制定适应数字输电线路的差异化运维管理模式尤为重要。文章从智能装备配置、运维策略、运维计划、组织模式等方面进行研究,提出差异化运维管理模式,为数字输电线路差异化运维管理提供参考。
In In the context of the digital energy era,the application of new-generation digital technologies enables digital transformation in the operation and maintenance(O&M)management of transmission lines.This achieves innovation and restructuring of business models,management paradigms,and operational frameworks.This tech-nological advancement enhances transmission line performance in terms of intelligence,safety,reliability,sustainability,and efficiency.Consequently,establishing a differentiated O&M management model tailored for digital transmission lines becomes particularly crucial.This paper investigates intelligent equipment deployment,maintenance strategies,O&M planning,and organizational frameworks to propose a differentiated O&M management approach,providing actionable references for digital transmission line management.
