摘要
从城市GIS如何满足网格计算环境下城市管理与服务的现实需求出发,探讨了建立城市网格化管理与服务系统所需要的条件,设计了基于空间数据库的城市网格化管理与服务系统基本框架和工作流程,并以武汉市江汉区城市网格化建设为例,验证了该系统的运行效果。
The inevitability from city GIS to the urban management and service grid is introduced. The basic requirements which are needed to establish urban grid management and service grid are discussed. The method for dividing the urban grid is researched. The framework of urban management and service grid platform based on the spatial database has been designed, and the key technologies of constructing the urban management and service grid system are analyzed. The implementation flow of urban grid management and service system is elaborated. The authors take the grid construction of Wuhan city as an example to represent the system tentative plan.
