摘要
以陕西学前师范学院为例,针对地方高校中食品科学与工程专业在实践教学过程面临的问题,结合学校办学定位,构建并实践了食品科学与工程专业产教融合实践教学体系,显著提高了学生的工程能力和创新能力。
Aiming at the problems in practice teaching in local universities,food science and engineering specialty of Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University combined with market orientation,research and practice the practical teaching system on the integration of production and education,effectively improved students'engineering ability and innovation ability.
