摘要
针对双膜法处理含硅废水时硅垢影响产水水质的问题,以含有大量二氧化硅的光伏废水为原水,中试双膜法的除硅效果,并重点关注混凝沉淀预处理对双膜法正常运行的作用。结果表明:混凝沉淀预处理能够去除绝大部分的胶体硅和活性硅,从而有效地保证后续双膜系统的运行。
Aiming at the problem that silicon scale affects the quality of produced water when treating silicon containing wastewater with double membrane method,the photovoltaic wastewater containing a large amount of silicon di-oxide was used as raw water,and the pilot test of the silicon removal effect of the double membrane method was adopted,and the role of coagulation and sedimentation pretreatment on the normal operation of the double membrane method was focused.The results showed that coagulation and sedimentation pretreatment can re-move most of colloidal silicon and active silicon,thus effectively ensuring the operation of the follow-up dou-ble membrane system.
