400 m^(2)烧结机料面优化生产实践

摘要 某企业400 m^(2)烧结机逐步实施厚料层烧结生产,随着料层厚度的增加,料面控制难度加大,存在返矿量增加、固体燃耗增大的问题。在研究料面喷吹蒸汽机理与实验基础上,增设了料面喷吹蒸汽装置,通过料面蒸汽喷吹对烧结生产影响的实验研究,确定了喷吹位置、蒸汽压力、距料面高度等重要参数;通过改进缓冲矿槽结构,拆除原矿槽附带的疏堵机、内壁全部贴陶瓷衬板,四角用钢板封堵,仓体外部增设空气炮,改善了缓冲矿槽粘料情况;安装联合布料器,实现了自动化布料,料面持续平整,台车两侧撒料情况减少;将现有一体式压料辊改为一长两短的三段式叠加布局,根据各段压辊的长短制作调节支架,通过调节支架的调整来获得实际生产所需的压实度,促进了料面平整度提升以及偏析的合理控制,台车“边部效应”得到有效抑制。通过以上改进措施,烧结小时上料量由880 t提高至900 t,料层厚度控制在930 mm,矿槽清料周期延长15天,烧结内返比例由25.46%降至23.51%。 A certain enterprise's 400 m^(2) sintering machine is gradually implementing thick layer sintering production.As the thickness of the material layer increases,the difficulty of controlling the material surface increases,and there are problems such as increased ore return and increased solid fuel consumption.On the basis of studying the mechanism and experimental results of material surface steam injection,a material surface steam injection device was added.Through experimental research on the impact of material surface steam injection on sintering production,important parameters such as injection position,steam pressure and height from the material surface were determined.By improving the structure of the buffer ore tank,removing the clogging machine attached to the original ore tank,attaching ceramic lining plates to all inner walls,sealing the four corners with steel plates,and adding air cannons outside the silo,the sticking situation of the buffer ore tank has been improved.The installation of a joint fabric dispenser has achieved automated fabric distribution,with a continuously flat surface and reduced scattering on both sides of the trolley.Change the existing integrated material roller to a three segment stacked layout with one long and two short rollers,and make adjustment brackets according to the length of each roller segment.By adjusting the brackets,the required compaction degree for actual production can be obtained,promoting the flatness of the material surface and reasonable segregation,effectively suppressing the"edge effect"of the trolley.Through the above improvement measures the feeding amount per hour during sintering has been increased from 880 t to 900 t,the thickness of the material layer has been controlled at 930mm,the cleaning cycle of the ore tank has been extended by 15 days,and the proportion of sintering return has been reduced from 25.46%to 23.51%.
