From a geotranslation perspective, this study examines the Chinese-English interpretive texts of Tengwang Pavilion,a historical landmark in Nanchang. It focuses on strategies for conveying"sense of place"and"geographical imagery,"as well as textual spatial reconstruction.By comparing official,platform-provided,and individual translations through discourse analysis and geosemantic coding,it reveals differences in translators`approaches to spatial representation, cultural transmission, and stylistic choices, while optimizing sentence structure for readability. Results show that translation is not only linguistic conversion but also a process of"relocalization"in cultural geography, shaped by translators`perspectives and identities. This study supports the geographical turn in translating historical landmarks and facilitates the global dissemination of local Chinese culture.
