摘要
潘懋元教育思想是我国高等教育思想的重要组成部分,也是办好我国高等教育的重要指导思想。在新质生产力背景下,社会对人才培养的需求与高校人才培养的矛盾进一步凸显。分析潘懋元高校分类发展思想的实践和影响,结合应用型本科高校的发展需求,提出了应用型高校服务经济社会发展的具体思路。分类发展的理念强调因材施教、聚焦特色与优势,促进高校内涵式发展,并推动社会需求与内涵发展的紧密对接,这为应用型本科高校的高质量发展提供了重要指导。
Pan Maoyuan’s educational philosophy constitutes a significant component of China’s higher education ideology and serves as important guiding principles for advancing Chinese higher education.Against the backdrop of new quality productive forces,the gap between societal demands for talent cultivation and universities’training models has become increasingly pronounced.This paper analyzes the practical implementation and impact of Pan Maoyuan’s philosophy on differentiated development of higher education institutions.Aligned with the developmental needs of application-oriented undergraduate universities,it proposes concrete approaches for these institutions to better serve social and economic development.The differentiated development emphasizes individualized teaching,focuses on unique characteristics and advantages,promotes connotative development,and strengthens the close connection between social needs and connotative development.These principles provide vital guidance for the high-quality development in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
