摘要
《吕氏乡约》是北宋官僚士大夫群体对乡村社会治理的一种理想设计和实践探索。新时代推动乡村振兴,要重新考察《吕氏乡约》的教化功能和组织力量,探究其所涵盖的三重意蕴:“以德化民”的德治、“以约促治”的自治和“以礼入法”的法治,并尝试调适、融通三者的治理智慧,为精准把握传统乡村治理思想、明确转化传统走向现代的文化自觉,以及建构中国特色的乡村治理格局提供有益补充。
Community Compact represents an ideal design and practical exploration of rural governance by the bu-reaucratic literati of the Northern Song Dynasty.To advance rural revitalization in the new era,it is essential to re-examine the educational function and organizational strength of Lushi Xiangyue,exploring its triple implications:"rule of virtue"through moral cultivation,"self-governance"through contractual norms,and"rule of law"through the integration of ritual into legal frameworks.By adapting and harmonizing these governance philosophies,this study aims to provide insights for accurately understanding traditional rural governance thought,clarifying the cul-tural consciousness of transitioning from tradition to modernity,and constructing a rural governance framework with Chinese characteristics.
