摘要
本文以某高层装配式建筑为例,系统探讨了外围护结构施工关键技术。项目采用现浇与装配式混合结构体系,通过4层转换层实现现浇与预制结构的无缝衔接,重点研究了预制剪力墙安装工艺。外围护装饰一体化施工采用装饰一体化墙板(PCF)板预制反嵌工艺,结合导水空腔与密封胶双重防水设计,显著提升了施工效率与防水性能。通过科学的施工部署与精细化质量控制,实现了装配式建筑的高效建造与耐久性提升。
Taking a high-rise prefabricated building as a case study,this paper systematically studied the key construction techniques for the envelope structure.The project employed a hybrid structure system combining cast-in-situ and prefabricated components,achieving seamless integration between cast-in-situ and prefabricated structures at a four-story transfer floor.The research focused on installing prefabricated shear walls.During the integrated construction of the envelope decoration,the prefabricated counterembedding process using PCF panels was applied,combined with a dual waterproofing design featuring water-guiding cavities and sealant,significantly enhancing construction efficiency and waterproof performance.Through scientific deployment and meticulous quality control,efficient construction and durability enhancement of prefabricated buildings were achieved.
