搅拌站废渣对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文将搅拌站的废渣进行烘干,烘干后的废渣以0%、10%、20%、30%取代细骨料,研究废渣在不同掺量、不同强度等级、不同养护条件下对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌站废渣可用于C25混凝土,废渣取代率不超过30%时,其对混凝土工作性能的影响较小,满足混凝土泵送要求,并能提升混凝土的力学性能;废渣用于C30混凝土时,混凝土的工作性能和力学性能随着废渣掺量的增加呈下降趋势,废渣取代率不超过20%时,废渣对混凝土的力学性能有一定的增强作用;在不同的养护条件下,自然养护的废渣混凝土抗压强度要低于标准养护的混凝土抗压强度。 In this paper,by drying the waste slag of mixing plant,the waste residue obtained after drying replaces the fine aggregate with 0%,10%,20%and 30%,and studies the influence of the waste residue on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete under different dosage,different strength levels and different curing conditions.The results show that the waste residue of the mixing plant can be used for C25 concrete,and the waste residue should not replace the fine aggregate by more than 30%,which has little impact on the workability,meets the requirements of concrete pumping,and improves the mechanical properties of concrete to a certain extent.When waste residue is used for C30 concrete,the workability and mechanical properties of the concrete decrease with the increase of waste residue content.When the waste residue content does not exceed 20%,the waste residue has a certain enhancing effect on the mechanical properties of the concrete.Under different curing conditions,the compressive strength of naturally cured waste concrete is lower than that of standard cured concrete.
