摘要
研究了不同放置时间(0、4、8、12、24、36、48、60、72 h)回收浆液的含固量、密度、pH值、过滤时间、粒度分布及活性的变化规律。结果表明:随放置时间的延长,回收浆液的含固量、密度及pH值增大,过滤时间缩短,活性降低;随着放置时间的延长,回收浆液固体颗粒粒径分布范围变广,小粒径颗粒占比降低,大粒径颗粒占比升高;放置0~24 h是回收浆液理化特性变化的主要阶段,放置24 h之后其理化特性变化不再显著并逐渐趋于稳定。
The changes of solid content,density,pH value,filtration time,particle size distribution and activity of the recovered slurry at different storage times(0、4、8、12、24、36、48、60、72 h)were studied.The results showed that the solid content,density and pH value of the recovered slurry increased with the extension of the storage time,while the filtration time and activity of the recovered slurry decreased with the extension of the storage time;with the extension of the storage time,the range of the particle size distribution of the recovered slurry's solid particles becomes wider,the proportion of small particle size particles decreases,and the proportion of large particle size particles increases;placing 0~24 h is the main stage of the change of the physical and chemical properties of the recovered slurry.After being placed for 24 hours,its physicochemical properties no longer show significant changes and gradually stabilize.
