课程思政背景下高职英语教师职业发展路径的困境与突破

Dilemmas and Breakthroughs in the Career Development Path of Higher Vocational English Teachers under the Background of Curriculum Politics

摘要 课程思政背景下,高职英语教师职业发展面临新的要求与挑战。通过深入剖析高职英语教师在职业发展中存在的诸如思政意识与能力不足、培训体系不完善、评价与激励机制不健全等困境,针对性地提出加强政策引导、完善教师发展体系、优化评价激励机制等突破策略,旨在促进高职英语教师的专业成长,推动高职英语课程思政建设有效开展。 Under the background of curriculum politics,higher vocational English teachers are facing new requirements and challenges in their professional development.By deeply analyzing the dilemmas encountered in their career paths,such as insufficient ideological and political awareness and competence,imperfect training system,and inadequate evaluation and incentive mechanisms,this paper puts forward some breakthrough strategies,which include strengthening policy guidance,perfecting teacher development system and optimizing evaluation and incentive mechanism,etc.It aims to promote the professional growth of English teachers in higher vocational colleges and facilitate the effective implementation of ideological and political education in higher vocational English courses.
