摘要
岩巷掘进效率会影响煤炭资源的开采速度与生产成本的精准控制,文章基于煤矿开采中小断面岩巷对掘进效率的要求,设计了直径为3.2 m的小型全断面掘进机,并以三元煤矿4采区回风巷为例,采用数值模拟方法分析了砂岩、砂质泥岩、泥岩等多种顶板情形下的巷道支护配置。工程应用结果表明,在三元煤矿为期7个月的施工过程中,总计完成了2115 m的岩巷掘进任务,平均进尺达到了302.1 m/月,为提高小断面岩巷掘进效率提供了技术参考。
The tunneling efficiency of rock roadway will affect the mining speed of coal resources and the precise control of production cost.Based on the requirements for tunneling efficiency of small and medium section rock roadway in coal mining,a small full-section roadheader with a diameter of 3.2 m is designed.Taking the return airway of No.4 mining area in Sanyuan Coal Mine as an example,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the roadway support configuration under various roof conditions such as sandstone,sandy mudstone and mudstone.The engineering application results show that in the construction process of Sanyuan Coal Mine for 7 months,a total of 2115 m rock roadway tunneling tasks have been completed,and the average footage has reached 302.1 m/month,which provides technical reference for improving the tunneling efficiency of small section rock roadway.
