摘要
本文研究了小直径盾构机(EQS3530)在华阳一矿高抽巷快速掘进中的应用效果。针对传统掘进方法效率低下的问题,通过引入小直径盾构机并优化掘进工艺,实现了岩巷掘进速度的显著提升。试验表明,盾构机每日掘进尺度超过10 m,最高达26 m/d,单次掘进效率是传统爆破技术的7倍,是原EBZ-260掘进机的2~3倍;且掘进断面规整,支护成本降低,经济效益显著。
This paper studies the application effect of small diameter shield machine(EQS3530)in the rapid excavation of high drainage roadway in Huayang No.1 Coal Mine.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of traditional tunneling methods,the tunneling speed of rock roadway is significantly improved by introducing small-diameter shield machine and optimizing tunneling process.The test shows that the daily tunneling scale of the shield machine is more than 10 m,up to 26 m/d,and the single tunneling efficiency is 7 times that of the traditional blasting technology and 2~3 times that of the original EBZ-260 roadheader.The excavation section is regular,the support cost is reduced,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
