摘要
镍基弹性合金具有优良的耐腐蚀性和高温力学性能,合金中的夹杂物缺陷严重影响丝材制备过程的成材率。通过扫描电镜和能谱分析方法,对NiCrWCo合金中夹杂物进行了研究,并对夹杂物来源、类型和形成机理进行了分析。研究表明:在NiCrWCo合金中存在颗粒状或链状的Al_(2)O_(3)、TiCN、TiC、WC、Cr_(2)O_(3)和Al_(2)O_(3)等夹杂物,颗粒状尺寸1.5~3.5μm,链状长度为3~15μm,夹杂物的成因主要是冶金原料纯度低、熔炼过程气体保护不充分,以及冷却过程存在凝固偏析等,最后对夹杂物控制方案从冶炼原料、炉衬污染、冶炼真空控制等方面进行了探讨。
Nickel-based elastic alloy had excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature mechanical properties.The inclusion defects in the alloy seriously affect the yield of wire in the preparation process.The inclusions in NiCrWCo alloy were studied by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,and the sources,types and formation mechanism of inclusions were analyzed.The results show that there are granular or chain-like Al_(2)O_(3),TiCN,TiC,WC,Cr_(2)O_(3),Al_(2)O_(3)and other inclusions in the NiCrWCo alloy.The particle size is 1.5-3.5μm,and the chain length is 3-15μm.The causes of inclusions are mainly due to the low purity of metallurgical raw materials,insufficient gas protection in smelting process and solidification segregation in cooling process.Finally,the inclusion control scheme is discussed from the perspectives of raw materials for smelting,furnace lining contamination,and vacuum control during smelting.
