老化对不同掺量橡胶沥青的性能影响研究 被引量:1

Study on the Effect of Aging on the Properties of Rubber Asphalt with Different Rubber Content

摘要 为探究老化对橡胶沥青性能的影响,采用基质沥青和3种不同胶粉掺量(20%、35%和50%)的橡胶沥青作为研究对象,通过沥青薄膜加热试验(TFOT)和压力老化试验(PAV)对其进行短期和长期老化处理,定量评价不同老化程度、不同掺量橡胶沥青的性能变化趋势。通过温度-频率扫描试验评价不同胶粉掺量和不同老化程度橡胶沥青黏弹性变化规律,采用多应力蠕变恢复(MSCR)试验分析老化对橡胶沥青的高温性能的影响规律,根据线性振幅扫描(LAS)试验评价老化对橡胶沥青疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:随着老化程度的增加,抗车辙能力提高,弹性增加,高温弹性恢复能力和高温抗变形能力提高,应力敏感性降低。LAS试验结果表明,老化会对沥青的疲劳性能产生影响。35%掺量橡胶沥青发生疲劳破坏时的应变水平最高,且疲劳寿命最长,展示出最优的疲劳性能。此外,未经过脱硫的20%掺量普通橡胶沥青的高温性能优于经过活化脱硫处理的35%和50%掺量橡胶沥青。因此,胶粉的活化脱硫工艺对性能影响显著,除了胶粉掺量外,制备工艺也是需要关注的重要因素。 In order to investigate the impact of aging on the performance of rubber asphalt,this study takes matrix asphalt and rubber asphalt with three different crumb rubber contents(20%,35%,and 50%)as the research objects.Short-term and long-term aging experiments are conducted through the Thin Film Oven Test(TFOT)and Pressurized Aging Vessel(PAV)test,respectively,to quantitatively evaluate the performance trends of rubber asphalt with varying degrees of aging and rubber contents.The viscoelastic changes across different rubber contents and aging levels are assessed using Temperature-Frequency Sweep test.The Multiple Stress Creep Recovery(MSCR)test analyzes the effect of aging on the high-temperature performance,while the Linear Amplitude Sweep(LAS)test evaluates the impact of aging on fatigue performance.Results show that with the increase of aging degree,rutting resistance,elasticity,high-temperature recovery,and deformation resistance improve,while stress sensitivity decreases.The results of LAS test show that aging affects the fatigue performance of asphalt.Rubber asphalt with 35%rubber content exhibits the highest strain level at fatigue failure and the longest fatigue life,demonstrating the best fatigue performance.Furthermore,the high-temperature performance of rubber asphalt with 20%rubber content without desulfurization is superior to that of rubber asphalt with 35%and 50%rubber contents after activation desulfurization.Therefore,the crumb rubber's activation desulfurization process significantly affects performance,highlighting the importance of not only crumb rubber content but also the preparation process.
