摘要
中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,是组织领导乡村发展工作的核心。中国共产党组织领导乡村发展,经历了新民主主义革命时期深入群众发动群众的起始阶段、社会主义革命和建设时期的巩固阶段、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期的调整发展阶段和中国特色社会主义新时代的全面建设阶段。中国共产党组织领导乡村发展已有百余年历史,在领导乡村发展方面积累了丰富的经验:乡村发展要紧紧依靠人民,坚持以人民为中心;坚持党的领导,重视基层党组织建设;重视土地问题,制定合理的土地政策;与时俱进,根据实际情况不断调整各项举措。新时代新征程,要全面推进乡村振兴,推动城乡融合发展,加快农业农村现代化,推进中国式现代化建设。
The Communist Party of China(CPC)is the leadership core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and is the core force of organizing and leading rural development.The CPC's organizational leadership in rural development has gone through the initial stage of mobilizing and engaging the masses during the New Democratic Revolution,the consolidation stage during the socialist revolution and construction period,the adjustment and development stage during the new period of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization,and the comprehensive construction stage in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.With a history of more than a hundred years in leading rural development,the CPC has accumulated rich experience in this field:rural development must rely closely on the people and adhere to a people-centered approach;uphold the Party's leadership and attach importance to the construction of grassroots Party organizations;pay attention to land issues and formulate reasonable land policies;keep pace with the times and continuously adjust measures according to actual situations.In the new era and on the new journey,it is necessary to fully promote rural revitalization,advance urban-rural development,accelerate agricultural and rural modernization,and push forward the construction of Chinese modernization.
