摘要
针对特种车车厢线缆设计过程中无法确定待布线空间,从而导致现有布线方法无法适应特种车厢的线缆设计问题,提出一种两级集成式自动化布线优化方法。首先,基于遗传算法(Genetic Algorithms GA)实现布线通道最优位置确定,通过离散化布线通道获得待布线空间;其次,基于A^(*)算法实现线缆路径的规划;最后,将路径规划数据输出至CAD软件完成布线结果可视化并统计各线缆信息。以某车厢为实例验证该方法的正确性,结果显示了该方法可快速实现车厢的线缆设计。
To solve the problem of the uncertainty of the space to be wired during the cable design process of Special vehicle compartments,resulting in the inability of the existing wiring methods to adapt to the cable design of special cars,a two-level integrated automatic routing optimization method is proposed.With this method,the optimal location of routing channels is firstly determined based on Genetic Algorithms GA,and the space to be routed is obtained through discretization of routing channels.Secondly,the cable path planning is realized based on A^(*) algorithm,and finally,the path planning data is output to CAD software to complete the visualization of routing results and the statistics of each cable information.The correctness of the method is verified by an example of a carriage,and the result shows that the method can realize the cable design of the carriage quickly.
