3D Auto-routing Technology of Electronic Equipment

摘要 电子整机的快速布线是影响整机快速制造的瓶颈之一。本文采用三维加权网格,对电子整机三维模型进行网格划分,描述了布线空间。运用基于网格的迷宫算法和最小斯坦纳树生成法,进行线缆敷设的线路搜索,并加入Rubin优化算法改善搜索速度。结合实际工程经验和规则,以自行开发的电子整机三维布线系统(3DRS)验证了该算法的可行性。 Whether fast routing can be applied on electronic equipment is a very important and difficult technology. It directly affects the fast manufacturing of electronic equipment. In this paper, three-dimensional grid with weigh is applied to crave up the (3D)grid on complicated 3D model engine of electronic equipment. It is also applied to describe free space of wiring laying out. The improved maze algorithm and least generative method of Stanner tree are used to search the route of wring. Rubin arithmetic method can improve the search efficiency.Finally,the 3D Routing System (3DRS) is designed by integrating the experience with rules of project. It validates the feasibility of the method.
