摘要
通过对高炉喷煤生产过程中的常见故障进行总结,分析其影响因素,并从工程设计和生产操作开展相应的对策研究,达到及时处理系统及设备故障的目的,从而降低设备故障率,保障了高炉喷煤系统的连续稳定生产。
This study summarizes the common faults in the production process of pulverized coal injection system,and carries out corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of engineering design and production operation,so as to timely deal with the system and equipment faults,so as to reduce the equipment failure rate and ensure the continuous and stable production of pulverized coal injection system.
