摘要
结合我国高炉炼铁生产现状,从优化炉料结构、提升高炉操作水平、关键节能降碳技术创新、能源高效回收利用、突破性的低碳新技术等方面,分析了“双碳”背景下我国炼铁工序的碳减排路径。认为,应在保持炼铁生产绿色、高效、智能的前提下,发挥多种措施和手段,降低碳排放强度,实现低碳转型发展;实现炼铁系统本身的“碳中和”依靠现有工艺技术难以实现,需要着重关注前沿新技术的应用。
Facing the current situation of China's BF ironmaking production,it is analyzed China's carbon emission reduction route of ironmaking process for the goal of"double carbon",starting from optimization of the charge mix,improvement of BF operation level,innovation of key energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies to efficient energy recycling and breakthrough of low-carbon technologies.We believe it is essential to take various measures and means,under the premise of ensuring green,efficient and intelligent ironmaking production,to reduce carbon intensity and promote low-carbon oriented transformation and development.It would be difficult to realize"carbon neutrality"of the ironmaking system only relying on the existing technological processes,instead,we need to focus on the application of cutting-edge technologies.
