摘要
目的了解军队糖尿病患者对健康管理应用程序(application,APP)的使用意向及需求。方法选取2022-03~09月在某医院就诊的军队糖尿病患者270例作为研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查,问卷内容包括患者基本信息、自我健康意识和对健康管理APP的使用意愿及具体需求。共回收有效问卷262份,以是否愿意使用健康管理APP进行分组,分为愿意组(n=238)和不愿意组(n=24)。结果262例患者中,212例(80.92%)患者对自身健康状况不满意;238例(90.84%)患者愿意通过健康管理APP对自身进行慢病管理。对愿意组和不愿意组患者的基本情况进行单因素分析,发现军队糖尿病患者对健康管理APP的使用意愿与文化程度及年龄有关(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度是患者对APP使用意愿的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。对健康管理APP的使用需求,包括个性化饮食指导、个性化运动指导、用药指导、生理指标记录、多学科协作指导、保障个人隐私安全、文字形式互动。结论军队糖尿病患者自身健康满意度较低,有使用健康管理APP的意愿,个性化指导和信息安全是军队糖尿病患者关注的重点。
Objective To understand the intention and demand of military diabetic mellitus patients regarding health management application(APP).Methods A total of 270 military diabetic mellitus patients who were treated in author's hospital from March to September 2022 were selected as the research objects,self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate patients'basic information,self-health awareness,willingness and specific needs for using health management APP.A total of 262 effective questionnaires were recovered,the patients were divided into willing group(n=238)and unwilling group(n=24)based on their willingness to use the APP.Results Among the 262 patients,212(80.92%)were dissatisfied with their health status,and 238(90.84%)were willing to manage their chronic diseases through health management APP.Univariate analysis of the basic information of the willing and unwilling groups revealed that the willingness of military diabetic mellitus patients to use the health management APP was related to their education level and age(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level was a significant influencing factor on the patients'willingness to use the APP(P<0.05).The demands for using the health management APP including personalized diet guidance,personalized exercise guidance,medication guidance,physiological index records,multidisciplinary collaborative guidance,ensuring personal privacy security and text-based interaction.Conclusion Military diabetic mellitus patients have low satisfaction with their own health,and they are willing to use health management APP;personalized guidance and information security are the key points for military diabetic mellitus patients to concern.
