摘要
目的调查西部平原武警某部官兵春季卫生专业集训期间伤病发生与流行特征,为提升卫勤保障效能提供数据支持。方法纳入2022年度参加西部平原武警某部卫生专业集训的177名官兵,通过现场调查收集人口学信息,通过门诊登记记录获取伤病数据。结果总体发病比例方面,23~27岁、下士/中士、本科/大专学历、有医学背景或工作史的官兵发病比例显著低于19~<23岁、列兵/上等兵、高中/中专学历、无医学背景或工作史的官兵(P均<0.05);具体病种中,23~27岁、本科/大专学历、有医学背景或工作史的官兵感冒发病比例显著低于19~<23岁、高中/中专学历、无医学背景或工作史的官兵,列兵/上等兵足癣发病比例低于下士/中士(P均<0.05)。结论西部平原武警某部官兵春季卫生专业集训期间伤病以呼吸系统疾病为主,常见伤病为感冒、软组织损伤、扁桃体炎、皮炎、足癣。伤病分布与年龄、军衔、教育程度及医学背景或工作史显著相关。
Objective To investigate the occurrence and prevalence of injuries and illnesses in medical professional training of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force officers and soldiers in western plain region during spring,so as to provide data support for enhancing the medical support services.Methods A total of 177 Chinese People's Armed Police Force officers and soldiers participating in the 2022 medical professional training program in the western plain region were enrolled.Demographic information was collected through on-site surveys,injuries and illnesses data were obtained from the outpatient registration records.Results Regarding overall incidence rates,participants aged 23-27,holding ranks of corporal or sergeant,with bachelor or associate degrees and those possessing medical background or working history showed significantly lower incidence rates compared to those aged 19-<23,holding ranks of private or senior soldier,with high school or technical secondary school education and without medical background or working history(all P<0.05);among the specific diseases,the incidence of cold in the officers and soldiers aged 23-27,with bachelor or associate degrees,and those possessing medical background or working history was significantly lower than officers and soldiers aged 19-<23 years,with high school or technical secondary school education,and without medical background or working history,the incidence of tinea pedis in soldiers holding ranks of private or senior was lower than that in soldiers holding ranks of corporal or sergeant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory diseases predominate during spring medical specialty training,with common conditions including common cold,soft tissue injuries,tonsillitis,dermatitis and tinea pedis.Distribution of injuries and illnesses are significantly associated with age,military rank,educational level and medical background or working history.
