摘要
目的了解某基层部队军事训练伤发生的现状,分析发病原因与影响因素,提出防治措施,为今后军事训练伤防治工作提供参考依据和科学指导。方法采用发放自制调查问卷的方式,对某基层部队训练伤的发生情况进行调查分析。结果某基层部队训练伤发生率为66.1%,损伤类型以皮肤外伤和骨骼肌肉损伤为主。96.3%的官兵在训练伤后能够及时就诊,66.5%的官兵了解训练伤防治的方法。结论军事训练伤发生率高的主要原因是防治意识不强,防护措施未落实,组训方法不科学等,应实施合理的干预措施,减少训练损伤,降低医疗成本,并提高训练质量,加强军事战备。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of training injuries in a certain grassroots unit,analyze the pathogenic and influencing factors of the disorder,and propose proper prevention and treatment measures,so as to provide solid evidence and scientific guidance for the prevention and treatment of future military training injury.Methods Survey and analysis were performed in the prevalence of training injury in a certain grassroots unit by using self-made questionnaire.Results Survey results indicated the incidence of military training injury in the aforementioned grassroots unit was 66.1%,with the types of injury being mainly dermal and musculoskeletal injury.96.3%of the military personnel received in-time care after injury,and 66.5%of them knew proper methods for the prevention and treatment of military training injury.Conclusion The main reason for the high incidence of military training injury was chiefly due to lack of high awareness of prevention and control,and preventive measures were sometimes not properly implemented,and organizing and training methods in the process were not sufficiently scientific.Appropriate intervention measures should be implemented to reduce training injury,decrease medical costs,improve training quality,and ultimately heighten military readiness.
