摘要
针对空分液氮泵密封气气源(空气)对高压氮气纯度造成污染问题,世林化工公司对液氮泵密封气系统进行了改造,将空气密封改为氮气密封、控制方式由普通减压阀控制改为自力式减压阀控制.改造实施后,彻底解决了利用空气作为密封气污染氮气纯度的问题,并实现了自调控制.
In response to the pollution problem caused by the sealing gas source(air)of the air separation liquid nitrogen pump on the purity of highf-pressure nitrogen,Shilin Chemical Company has modified the sealing gas system of the liquid nitrogen pump,changing the air seal to nitrogen seal and the control mode from ordinary pressure reducing valve to self operated pressure reducing valve control.After the implementation of the modification,the problem of using air as a sealing gas to pollute the purity of nitrogen gas was completely solved,and self-adjusting control was achieved.
