粉煤气化装置常压仓料位偏差问题的分析

摘要 针对粉煤气化装置磨煤系统存在的常压仓料位偏差问题,世林化工公司在袋滤器排料螺旋输送机与排料螺旋输送机之间增设了连通管线和插板阀.通过改造,实现两套螺旋输送机的灵活联通与隔离,有效解决了两座常压仓料位偏差问题,料位偏差从20 t降至3 t以下,粉煤管线进料均匀性显著提升,气化炉燃烧效率提高. In response to the problem of material level deviation in the atmospheric pressure bin of the coal grinding system of the pulverized coal gasification unit,Shilin Chemical Company has added connecting pipelines and plug valves between the bag filter discharge screw conveyor and the blowdown discharge screw conveyor.Through renovation,flexible connection and isolation of two sets of screw conveyors have been achieved,effectively solving the problem of material level deviation in two atmospheric pressure bins.The material level deviation has been reduced from 20 t to less than 3 t,and the feeding uniformity of the pulverized coal pipeline has been significantly improved.The combustion efficiency of the gasifier has also been improved.
