摘要
甲醇储罐的设计通常采用三级压力保护系统来实现储罐的本质安全.文章介绍了甲醇储罐压力保护系统的设计和通气量的计算方法,明确三级压力保护系统定压值的确定原则及通气量的计算原理,确保压力保护系统设计安全经济.通过对通气量计算方法的解析,提出减少氮气消耗量及VOCs排放量的解决方法.
In the design of methanol storage tanks,a three-level pressure protection system is usually used to realize the intrinsic safety of the storage tank.The article introduces the design of the pressure protection system of methanol storage tanks and the calculation method of the ventilation volume,clarifies the principle of determining the fixed-pressure value of the three-level pressure protection system and the principle of calculating the ventilation volume,and ensures that the design of the pressure protection system is safe and economical.By analyzing the calculation method of ventilation volume,the article proposes solutions to reduce ammonia consumption and VOCs emissions.
