摘要
分析了常压储罐内压的影响因素,介绍了维持储罐内压稳定的常用保护装置——呼吸阀、氮气调节阀及紧急泄压阀的用途和控制范围,确定了完整的甲醇储罐压力保护体系。进行了呼吸阀、氮气调节阀及紧急泄压阀的气通量计算、选型以及压力值的设定。
The factors influencing the atmospheric storage tank internal pressure are analyzed. The usage and controlling range of the pressure protection device such as breathing valve, nitrogen regulating valve and emergency pressure release valve which keeping internal pressure stable are presented, and the integrated methanol storage tank pressure protection system is determined. The gas flux calcula- tion, selection and setting pressure of the breathing valve, nitrogen regulating valve and emergency pressure release valve are processed.
