摘要
目的制定紫丹活血滴丸质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对紫丹活血滴丸中三七总皂苷(PNS)进行定性鉴别。通过使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定丹参素、迷迭香酸、紫草酸、丹酚酸B、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA在紫丹活血滴丸中的含量。结果紫丹活血滴丸TCL专属性强,斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;8种成分R2均大于0.999,加样回收率为97.31%~102.96%,RSD%为1.26%~3.06%。结论建立的质量控制方法准确可行,操作简单,可用于紫丹活血滴丸的质量控制。
Objective To develop the quality control method of Hucirculation.Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify the total PAB(PNS).The contents of tanshinarin,rosemary acid,merilic acid,dananolic acid B,dihydrotanshinone I,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone I,and tanshinone A were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results Strong specificity of TCL,clear spots and no negative interference;R2 of 8 components was greater than 0.999,sample recovery rate was 97.31%-102.96%,and RSD%was 1.26%-3.06%.Conclusion The quality control method is accurate and feasible,simple,and can be used for quality control of ZWD.
