摘要
目的研究实施加强细节管理对基层医院神经内科护理质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年1—6月于连州市人民医院神经内科收治的患者62例,依据管理方式的不同,将患者分成常规组(n=31)和研究组(n=31),其中常规组患者在临床护理中给予常规管理模式进行干预,研究组患者在临床护理中加入细节管理模式进行干预,采用调查问卷的方式对患者进行护理满意度的调查、护理质量的评估,比较两组住院费用及住院时间。结果研究组患者护理总满意度为96.8%,高于常规组的74.2%,研究组患者的各项护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在住院时间及住院费用上均更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院神经内科的临床护理中,加强对护理的细节管理后,更能满足患者各方面细节上的需求,从而提高患者对护理工作的满意度,改善神经内科的护理质量水平,缩减患者住院时间,并有效降低住院费用,值得进一步提倡与推广。
Objective To study the effect of strengthening detail management on nursing quality of neurology department in grass-roots hospitals.Methods A total of 62 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Lianzhou People’s Hospital from January to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different management methods,the patients were divided into the conventional group(n=31)and the study group(n=31),in which the patients in the conventional group intervened by conventional management mode in clinical nursing,while those in the study group were given detailed management mode to intervene in clinical nursing.The patients were investigated by questionnaire and evaluated by nursing satisfaction,and the hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was 96.8%,which was higher than that in the conventional group(74.2%).The nursing quality scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of patients in the study group were less,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of neurology department in grass-roots hospitals,strengthening the detail management in nursing can better meet the needs of patients in all aspects of details,thus improving patients’satisfaction with nursing work,improving the nursing quality level of neurology department,shortening patients’hospitalization time and effectively reducing hospitalization expenses,which is worthy of further promotion and popularization.
