微生物还原降解水中高氯酸盐的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 高氯酸盐广泛存在于水体环境中,是一种具有高稳定性、高扩散性和持久性的污染物,其毒理机制、环境污染、迁移转化和处理技术已成为目前环保领域的研究热点。基于高氯酸盐污染问题,该文介绍了高氯酸盐的特性、来源以及对人体的危害;阐述了高氯酸盐的微生物降解机理,包括降解途径、还原菌种类、电子供体、影响高氯酸盐降解的因素等;综述了高氯酸盐微生物法降解技术的应用进展,并进一步分析了高氯酸盐生物降解技术的研究方向。 Perchlorate is a highly stable, diffused and persistend pollutant, which widely exists in the aquatic environment. Mechanism of toxicology, environmental pollution, transformation process, and treatment technology of perchlorate have been greatly concerned in field of environment protection. With regard to the problem of perchlorate pollution, this paper introduced that the features of perchlorate, source and the harm to human health. A biodegradation mechanism of perchlorate was reviewed, including degradation pathway, reduetive bacteria, electronic donor and the influencing factors of perchlorate degradation, etc. This article also summarized application progress of perchlorate biodegradation technology, and further analyzed the research direction of perchlorate biodegradation technology.
