摘要
以茹仆射庙、拂云祠为代表的具有多元民族属性的边地祠庙,是唐代代北民俗的生动写照,也是华夏民族与北方民族文化交流、交往融合的见证,反映了边疆地区冲突与发展交融并存形势下特有的区域文化特征。代州地区的茹仆射信仰,兼具水神和武神的双重属性。唐前期在劳动力充足的情况下,茹仆射庙是地方家族把持农田水利、获取家族利益的重要工具。唐中后期随着人口减耗和农业荒废,茹仆射庙的军事价值越发凸显,其所在地成为关塞防御体系中的重要一环。祠庙的功能多元且随社会发展因时而易,但不同层级的军事护佑类庙宇同时存在,表明代北地区的区位特征决定了当地祠庙具有突出的军事意义。
Border shrines with diverse ethnic identities,exemplified by the Temple of Minister Ru and the Fuyun Shrine,vividly portray the local folk customs in the Northern Dai region during the Tang Dynasty.They also stand as testaments to the cultural exchanges,interactions,and integration between the Huaxia group and northern ethnic groups,mirroring the distinctive regional cultural traits under the co-existence of conflicts and development in the border areas.The belief in Minister Ru in the Daizhou area combines the dual identities of a water god and a martial god.In the early Tang Dynasty,when the labor force was ample,the Temple of Minister Ru served as a crucial instrument for local families to dominate farmland irrigation and secure family interests.In the middle and late Tang Dynasty,as the population declined and agriculture was abandoned,the military value of the Temple of Minister Ru became more and more prominent,and its location evolved into a vital component of the frontier defense system.These shrines have diverse functions that change over time in tandem with social development.Nevertheless,the concurrent existence of military-protecting shrines at different levels suggests that the geographical location of the Northern Dai region endows local shrines with significant military implications.
